Made of course ground semi sweet chocolate, this mix forms a rich chocolate experience perfect for a cool winter day. Throw in a handful of our fluffy artisan marshmallows and you’ve got yourself a ticket to hot chocolate paradise.
Directions: Melt 2 tablespoons of chocolate in 1 cup of hot milk and sweeten with approximately ½ tablespoon sugar, honey or your choice of sweetner. Add marshmallow or whipped crème and garnish with chocolate. For best results, froth whole milk while heating – constantly stirring and not boiling. Mix in chocolate with vigorous whisking. Enjoy!
Each bag makes approximately 10 cups of Hot Chocolate.
