In a chocolate tasting, explanation, and exploration Scott Lund will virtually lead your team or group on a chocolate tasting of a custom milk and dark assorted chocolate box that we will send to each participant's home. In the custom tasting box will be an assortment of dark chocolate truffles, dark chocolate sea salt caramels, butter creams, caramels, and nut clusters (macadamias, almonds, cashews).
Tasting can last anywhere from 30 to 60 min depending on how much time your group prefers. We will cover a brief description of how to make chocolate and confections, how to appreciate and what to look for while tasting chocolate, a brief history of our family company, and answer any questions the group has.
